Welcome to PlayZone! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayZone mobile application and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using PlayZone, you agree to our strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any violation will result in immediate account termination. See Section 4 for complete details.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to:
- Be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety
- Comply with our strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior (Section 4)
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Be at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users
If you do not agree to these Terms, including our zero-tolerance policy, you may not use our Services.
2. Account Types and Registration
2.1 Account Types
PlayZone offers two types of accounts:
- Sports Enthusiast (User): For individuals looking to join activities, book trainers, and shop equipment
- Sports Trainer: For professionals offering training services
2.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
2.3 Trainer Verification
Sports Trainers must:
- Provide valid certifications and credentials
- Undergo verification by PlayZone administrators
- Maintain professional liability insurance (where required)
- Comply with all applicable licensing requirements
3. Services Description
PlayZone provides a platform for:
- Activity Discovery: Browse and join sports activities organized by other users
- Trainer Booking: Find and book sessions with verified professional trainers
- Marketplace: Buy and sell sports equipment and gear
- Communication: Real-time chat with other users, trainers, and activity participants
- Community: Connect with sports enthusiasts and build your network
4. Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior
PlayZone maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive user behavior. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior warning.
4.1 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, state, national, or international laws
- Sexually Explicit Material: Pornographic, sexually suggestive, or adult content of any kind
- Violence and Gore: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm or suicide
- Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Child Exploitation: Any content involving minors in inappropriate, harmful, or exploitative situations
- Harassment and Bullying: Content intended to harass, intimidate, threaten, or bully other users
- Terrorism and Extremism: Content promoting terrorist organizations or extremist ideologies
- Misinformation: Deliberately false or misleading content that could cause harm
- Spam and Scams: Fraudulent schemes, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial content
- Drug-Related Content: Promotion or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances
4.2 Prohibited Behavior
Users engaging in abusive behavior will be immediately removed from the platform:
- Harassment: Repeated unwanted contact, stalking, or intimidation of other users
- Threats: Any threats of violence, harm, or illegal activity
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, organization, or entity
- Doxxing: Sharing private or personal information without consent
- Hate Speech: Using slurs, derogatory language, or promoting discrimination
- Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual advances, requests, or inappropriate comments
- Exploitation: Taking advantage of vulnerable users or soliciting inappropriate behavior
- Platform Manipulation: Creating fake accounts, using bots, or engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior
4.3 Content Moderation and Enforcement
PlayZone employs multiple layers of content moderation:
- Automated Systems: AI-powered tools scan content for policy violations
- User Reports: Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through in-app reporting tools
- Manual Review: Human moderators review reported content and complex cases
- Proactive Monitoring: Regular audits of content and user interactions
4.4 Consequences for Violations
Violations of this zero-tolerance policy will result in:
- First Offense: Immediate account suspension and content removal
- Severe Violations: Immediate permanent account termination without warning
- Legal Action: We will cooperate with law enforcement for illegal activities
- No Refunds: Users terminated for policy violations forfeit any paid services
4.5 User Responsibilities
All users must:
- Treat all community members with respect and dignity
- Report objectionable content or abusive behavior immediately
- Use the platform only for its intended purposes
- Be honest and authentic in all interactions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4.6 Acceptable Use
In addition to the above, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Distribute malware or viruses
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our Services
- Use bots or automated tools without permission
- Engage in commercial activities without authorization
4.7 Content Standards
All content you post must:
- Be accurate and truthful
- Be appropriate for a diverse, all-ages community
- Respect others' privacy and rights
- Promote positive and constructive interactions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Payments and Fees
5.1 Pricing
- Trainer rates are set by individual trainers
- Marketplace prices are set by sellers
- PlayZone charges a 10% platform fee on trainer bookings
- All prices are displayed in USD (or local currency)
5.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You must provide valid payment information
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- We do not store your full credit card information
5.3 Trainer Payments
For Sports Trainers:
- Payments are processed through Stripe Connect
- PlayZone retains a 10% platform fee
- Payouts are made according to Stripe's schedule
- You are responsible for reporting income and paying taxes
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Trainer Sessions
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
6.2 Marketplace Orders
- Refund policies are set by individual sellers

6.3 Activity Cancellations
- Organizers may cancel activities with notice
- Users can leave activities before the start time
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 PlayZone IP
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to PlayZone are owned by PlayZone Inc. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Reverse engineer our software
- Create derivative works
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant PlayZone:
- A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content
- Rights to display, distribute, and promote your content
- Permission to modify content for technical compatibility
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party providers:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Maps providers: Location services
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
PlayZone provides Services "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of user-generated content
- Security from unauthorized access
- Compatibility with all devices
9.2 User Interactions
PlayZone is not responsible for:
- Quality of trainer services
- Safety of in-person meetings
- Disputes between users
- Quality of marketplace products
- Accuracy of user profiles
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayZone shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Personal injury or property damage
- Damages exceeding the amount paid to PlayZone
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PlayZone harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content or activities
- Your interactions with other users
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account in the app settings
- Contacting our support team
11.2 By PlayZone
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without warning if you:
- Violate our zero-tolerance policy (Section 4)
- Post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harm or threaten other users
- Violate applicable laws
Accounts terminated for policy violations will not receive refunds for any paid services.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Services will cease
- Your data may be deleted (see Privacy Policy)
- Outstanding payments remain due
- Certain provisions of these Terms survive
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except:
- Small claims court actions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlayZone.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign without restriction.
